Processing Times
We aim to process and ship your product within 3 business days from receipt of a fully paid order. Our processing times do experience a delay during our busiest periods – Christmas, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day – so please allow for these delays when placing your order.
Rushed Orders
If you need an order sooner than these guidelines, we recommend you email us (sales@thecraftcollection.ie) prior to placing your order to see what our current processing time is. We do not offer a rushed order service, we process all orders in the order they are received, but we may be processing orders with a faster turnaround time than advised above.

Shipping
Within the Republic of Ireland
All our prices, unless otherwise stated, are inclusive of standard posting and packing. We use An Post for all our shipping and our customers usually receive their orders within 1-2 business days . During busier periods, e.g. Christmas, Mother’s Day, you should allow for an additional 2-3 business days. Where upgraded shipping is optional, e.g. next day delivery / registered, it will be displayed on the product listing. Please note that “next day delivery” relates to the shipping option through An Post only once the order has been processed, it does not mean your order will be processed and shipped within one business day.
Outside of the Republic of Ireland
We do offer International shipping, the cost and timeframe is dependent on the destination Country as well as other factors outside of our control (postal service strikes in destination country, customs etc.). You are responsible for any and all import duties / taxes and our prices areĀ notĀ reflective of these potential surcharges. Should an item be confiscated by the customs in the destination country, The Craft Collection will not be held responsible and your purchase will not be eligible for a refund. The Craft Collection will also not be responsible for any additional fees borne by you (e.g. import taxes) and your purchase will not be eligible for a refund.

We take care with shipping our products, but should your order arrive to you damaged in transit you should contact us directly immediately so we can rectify the issue. Please see our Refunds and Exchange policy for details on how to initiate this process.
